Catholic Charities (Chelan & Douglas Counties) New Journeys First Episode Psychosis Program (PEPP)
The New Journeys Program focuses on providing critically needed early intervention and comprehensive treatment to youth and young adults who are experiencing their first episode of psychosis. A team of coordinated mental health specialists works collaboratively with clients, their families, doctors, teachers, employers, and other significant people in each client’s life. They help clients identify their personal goals and needs for recovery. The goal is for individuals experiencing their first episode of psychosis to return to meaningful activity in their job, school, home, or other areas of life.

WHO DO WE SERVE? Ages 15-40 * Lives in Chelan or Douglas County* Experiencing psychotic symptoms for at least one week and up to two years * Symptoms not known to be caused by a medical condition or drug/alcohol use

Children’s long-term inpatient program (CLIP)
The Children’s Long-term Inpatient Program (CLIP) is the only publicly funded, long-term inpatient program for youth in Washington State where youth ages 5-17 years old may be voluntarily committed and those from 13-17 years old may be involuntarily committed. Four CLIP inpatient psychiatric facilities have a total of 94 funded beds.

Wraparound with Intensive Services (WISe)
Wraparound with Intensive Services, or WISe, is an approach to helping children, youth, and their families with intensive mental health care. Services are available in home and community settings and offer a system of care based on the individualized need of the child or youth. WISe is a voluntary service that takes a team approach to support you and your family in meeting your goals.
